This was a clean Refi, I think underwriting took way too long to approve. When asked for docs, we had them to you the very next day! The appraisal company was off base what I thought the property would appraise for. (I'm a Real Estate Broker and hold the license). My home a few years back, housing market was bad, appraised at 240K, before several improvements were preformed. This was relayed to the apprasier, and I think she didn't include them in the valve( new roof with 50yr shingles ) as an example. More improvements are done like a upgraded kitchen appiliances and counter top, from carpet to hardwood (oak) in the family room, new heatiing and air conditioning systems installed , etc Should I go on?
