I am happy with their work of finding perfect matches of agents in real estate to match our needs in a home and assisted in asking the right questions to get absolution solutions. Also, made the process easy to understand and took tons of stress and hassle in buy our home.
Veterans United was such an amazing experience. Being a first time home buyer, i was nervous about not understanding the process. They made it a point to make sure we were comfortable during the entire process. Even in the months we were looking, just to reach out once a week to see if there was anything they could do and check in on us. Craig and his team (Rain in particular) were extremely responsive to my every request for information/clarification throughout the entire process, including weekends. He is obviously knowledgeable about the home buying process, which was important for me being a first time homebuyer. Everything about Craig's team's operations was polished and professional. I would recommend Craig and his team to any homebuyer.
I genuinely wish this review could be more positive. Again, Mr. Schuster and Ms Hedzina were fantastic, but a client should not have to fire two loan officers to find a competent group. I recommend the Omaha, Nebraska Veterans United office very highly, but I would not recommend anyone deal with the Columbia, Missouri office, especially Zack Debard and Douglas Brady.

Veterans United was recommend to us by our daughter (Air National Guard) and son-in-law (Active duty Air Force) who had just recently purchased a home as well. Planning my retirement included finding a home in a more tax-friendly state. I wanted my VA home loan pre-qualification letter in hand and applicable in any of my potential state relocations, which required finding a lender capable of issuing and servicing a loan across multiple states. I was hesitant to finance a home loan via the internet, but they offered the most flexibility. I reviewed a number these lenders. I chose Veterans United because of the "positive" customer feedback for this company. My Veterans United contact (Nick Intrieri) provided great customer support throughout the home purchase process. I received my home loan pre-qual letter quickly and a list of realtor agents for the area I was looking to purchase my home. The process of finding and closing on my new home, in a different state, went very smoothly. I had many questions during the process and each of those questions were responded to in timely fashion. It seemed Nick worked 24/7 because many questions he responded to came after his normal workday.Additionally, the loan was ready to close a week ahead of the projected close date. I found Veterans United to be both competitive in home loan financing and supportive in the home purchase process.

They are very easy to work with. If you have questions they are quick to give you an answer. Also they made the home buying process easy with their Veterans United Portal. This feature makes and convenient to securly upload all personal information and sign all documents without slowing down your home buying process.
Veterans United has all the help you could ask for. There is not a moment you can’t call and ask for help or just have questions about loans and how they work. I would recommend them all the way.
