The company would improve with better communication between departments - we received conflicting information and thr local office didn't know what the main office was sending out and when. Also, when coming in to sign paperwork required by the title company, I needed extensive information about prior employers and residences, but was not told this was needed until I showed up to "quickly sign a document."

I rate it a 6 because I actually finalized the purchase of the home. I would have to say that I felt more discomfort during this process than I ever have. They seemed disconnected from the customer and very confusing no organization.
