She worked with us from out of state and was prompt in answering questions and relaying information. When we found a home to make an offer on, she made it happen in one day! The viewing and walk through over video, the official offer...it was all done in a matter of hours. Our overall experience has been amazing. Due to deed issues, the entire process was an adventure. Each time my loan package would expire, Kath and team were right there explaining the process and making me feel at ease. On the third package, it was a piece of cake per say and went extremely smooth.
