All I can say is that when I initially contacted the folks at Veterans United, I didn't think I had a chance to even qualify for a mortgage. My Loan Specialist, Tim, listened to my concerns and then took the time to evaluate my financial status and determined I was indeed eligible for a Veterans Home Loan. Approx. 6 weeks later, I close on my first home.
