The To Do List made it clear what I needed To Do next, keeping the transfer of information focused to the specific task throughout the complete process. The To Do list also shows what has been done. It was a pleasure to work with and was a great resource. Veterans United made my Home Loan process actually enjoyable. But the keys to the Veterans United machine were the individuals, Loan Officer Daren Bodine and Transaction Coordinator Shay Goodman. Both Daren and Shay were there at all times with the perfect answer to every question. If Daren was away from his desk I always got through to Shay who either was able to answer my question or call Daren to the phone.
