Servere lack of communication all across the board. Was told a processor quit and that was the reason. Was told about other clients in general their experience was a lot better. I wouldn't be told that I needed to turn in any kind of form or get any documents until the last second, seemed very unorganized.

Veterans United is the absolute way to go, I was pre-approved almost immediately and they were able to get things rolling right away. Everyone on the team was great to work with, they made the process as easy as possible and couldn’t have asked for a quicker turnaround time from my first phone call with them to closing on a home. 10/10 across the board and would absolutely use again and recommend to all veterans.
