Please ensure the correct tax amount is included in the original loan so the customer isn’t responsible for paying more money at the closing. This was a huge inconvenience and a financial burden. Other than that surprise, the experience was great.
The fact that this whole home buying experience was able to be done from home was great I didn’t have to rush any of the process.
