My overall experience with Veterans United was good although communication needs to improve as several times I tried to contact Veterans United staff from the Loan officer to the Realtor with no answer or return calls. I was blessed when I was re-assigned with another realtor, Ms. Madeline Malmstrom since the first Realtor, Mr. Brad Stevens, failed to keep in contact. Ms. Malmstrom did an AWESOME job COMMUNICATING, and ALWAYS AVAILABLE for any questions or concerts that we may had. Ms. Malmstrom was there when Mr. Thomas or Mr. Lacey were not available. Buying a house is not easy, however I will recommend Veterans United for their simple process to upload documents using their webpage and the welcome mat! THANK YOU VETERANS UNITED!
Best I experience I had buying a house.
As a first time home buyer and unexperienced in the total house purchasing adventure. Veterans United went up and beyond to make this process so stress free and enjoyable. I do not think i could have accomplished this one and a life time experience with such pleasure and no headaches with out them and The professional personnel they hooked me up with. I love Veterans United! I was pleasantly surprised at how easy and smooth the process of buying a house went for us. Steve Gustafson worked really hard to get us the house we wanted. We had some obstacles, but Steve was there to quickly and easily help us out and ultimately achieve our dream home! I've been afraid to buy for years because people make the process of buying seem so arduous. That was not the case for us! I kept telling Everyone how "this is too good to be true" I was waiting for the hard part to come. But thankfully, and to our surprise, there was no hard part. This whole process was a fabulous experience. We even closed a week early! Working with the right people during these important purchases is vital to how your home buying experience will go.
