I am very satisfied with all of the assistance I received from the team. It was at times, frustrating and difficult to understand exactly what was going on in the process; however, in the end there was no confusion about all the terms and conditions. All is well that ends well!
Team needs to be able to communicate more over text and email. Defaulting to calling someone is too disruptive to my workday.

This is the third time that we have used Veteran United for our mortgage needs. One was a refinance and two were new homes. We have never had any issues dealing with this team. All three processes were stress free and any time we had questions the response time was amazing. They are professional, friendly and passionate about the services they provide.
