45 Days prior to talking to Derek, I was homeless. We had spoken some time last year but the rates and market wasnt aligning. Well last December, I was on the phone with the veterans crisis hotline, and Derek beeped in, i switched over to him and he told me I could resume my app and status, of course please. We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the members of our team. The to do list that was provided to us as we worked out account was a great way to keep track of things. Everyone was extremely friendly and we always felt like we could reach out anytime with questions. There was never a time that we were u sure of what was happening or the timeframe. Out loan process from preapproval to closing was about 30 days and went very smooth.
