I think if this team made it any easier, they would have moved my hand to sign documents for me, but that feels illegal so I'm glad we didn't. Even when I was getting worried about financial obligations, Holly was able to talk me through a lot of options to help relieve the stress. I never thought going into so much debt would be this enjoyable!
45 Days prior to talking to Derek, I was homeless. We had spoken some time last year but the rates and market wasnt aligning. Well last December, I was on the phone with the veterans crisis hotline, and Derek beeped in, i switched over to him and he told me I could resume my app and status, of course please. He hit me with a number that wowed me, sent my packet to my realtor and 45 days later I am a homeowner! Thank you Derek for all you have done. God bless you real good!
We were very impressed with the service we recieved from all the members of our team. The to do list that was provided to us as we worked out account was a great way to keep track of things. Everyone was extremely friendly and we always felt like we could reach out anytime with questions. There was never a time that we were u sure of what was happening or the timeframe. Out loan process from preapproval to closing was about 30 days and went very smooth.
