This team kept in touch with me for approximately TWO-YEARS when I had initially thought about buying a house and contacted them to when I was ready and committed to do so. They were always checking in on my status and how I was doing until I was ready to pull the trigger! I found this checking in to be awesome and it created loyalty from me to them.
