I have already talked to several coworkers about my experience with vu. I normally have several people writing down the name and contact info after I describe the ease of applying and all the help I received throughout my home purchase experience.

I had to write explanation letters for most of the documentation I submitted for the loan process. The explanations described nothing extraordinary for an active duty military member; I expected a company that is familiar with military life to understand common occurrences, such as: living overseas, having an APO address, and having a home of record address on driver's license to meet state voting requirements. When discussing my experience with military members who used other loan companies, they said they did not write any explanation letters, despite applying for a loan under the same circumstances. Overall, they had more of a "full service" experience.

Give the man a raise for doing an outstanding job, no really Nick did an amazing job placing me with a great realtor and Everytime I talked to them both I felt like I was part of the family. My wife and i are happy with our new home and it's all thanks to them both.

the officer assigned to us, miscommunicated with us on multiple occasion as if she had us confused with someone else, and then tried to say that we must have mixed up. Very unprofessional and not happy with the service we received.
