The number of times I was called to send paperwork that I had already sent was ridiculous! It seemed as though one person didn't know what the other one was doing, I was not pleased at all with the so-called professionalism of Veterans United Home Loans and would NEVER use this agency again or tell anyone to use them.

The process itself was not very “warm and fuzzy” when it came to helping customers understand their options and exactly how the process work. Now I have just found out that our loan was sold to another mortgage company before we hold even made our first payment 😔

We aren't yet set up to keep all loans for the long term, though we are working towards that goal, and in the meantime, we only work with servicers that we have a good working relationship with, which allows us to work together in case of any concerns regarding your loan. A loan servicing transfer in no way is a reflection on your loan or how much we value you as a customer of Veterans United Home Loans. We understand there can be questions surrounding a loan transfer to a new company, and we want to emphasize that Veterans United staff are still here to support you with assistance if needed.
