Underwriting process seem to be day by day in completing versus giving a complete list of what was needed to close. Became very frustrating I felt that a clear to close could have been reached a week out before closing had due diligence been done.

Was an absolute headache through out the whole process from beginning to end. My pre approval was given to me then taken away then given back to me. So many mistakes made then corrected. So much misinformation and apologizing several times a week.

Communication from Veterans United was nonexistent throughout most of this process. I was pulled from work and other responsibilities to pass information back and forth from my loan officer and his team to the real estate agent and title company. If I buy a house again, I will be financing elsewhere.
