His team takes an extremely tedious process and make it smooth sailing for the customer. The personal interaction during the loan process from Bill and his team gives you the comfort of knowing you picked the right finance company. I had a very unique process to navigate(Navy Veteran) which started 5 years earlier with a so-called competitor of Veterans United. They let me down as did another competitor 5 years later because they don't have the personnel who want to go that extra mile in order to help the veteran. I found those people at Veterans United. They listen and then they act. Many people promised me the world when I was looking for a VA mortgage and failed because there was more talk(about their accomplishments) than there was action.I placed my faith in the personnel at Veterans United and they delivered. Would I recommend Veterans United I already have to my son-in- law. I'm sure they'll do right by him as they have done for me.

At close to 70 years old and a Viet Nam veteran suffering with PTSD, I had all but given up on ever having a home again that I could call mine. From counseling and treatments from the VA, things stopped spiraling downward and started looking up. Doors became opened and opportunities availed themselves. At first I was a bit pessimistic with my age and my recovering mental anguish. God opened doors for me thru these wonderful kind and caring people here at Veterans United. A loan process can be a scary, intimidating, painful and drawn out process. But NOT with the VU Loan Tracker system in place!. It is far beyond it's years in concept and ability compared to the other companies I've loaned with. It's "stupid" simple and user friendly for any level of technical experience. It streamlines the "need to knows" and helps break down each segment to make the entire loan process easy to understand.
