Veterans United is a grate organization. We only had good things to say about a job well done. they really went to bat for us,and showed us that it was OK to trust.
It was a completely seamless process all the way through, except the VA appraiser. That dude should not be allowed to work for the VA, it took him a month to get our appraisal turned in and nearly caused us to miss our target close day.
I am so glad we went with Veterans United! Dealing with one of us returning from deployment and the other about to PCS from another state - it was stressful thinking about the process of applying for a home loan and buying a house. Buying a home is a stressful event. Luckily, i had the great people at VU in my corner. I was stationed on the other side of the world, but they still managed to work around my schedule. They were easy to reach even though we had a massive time difference between us. I hit the ground searching for homes as soon as I got back stateside and we were able to close on a home in 21 days. From beginning to end, the were pleasant to work with and made the experience as simple as possible.
