I appreciated and was pleasantly surprised when I received a gift that was perfect for the stress of searching for and purchasing my first home.
Overall all great experience
The only issue I had was when we set up my closing date. I was not informend until the night before my original closing that the date had changed. I feel I was left out of the loop when things had slowed down paperwork wise and it would have been helpful if I wasn't surprised by the new date. It ended up effecting my move dates.
Was very helpful, organized and easy to work with

this was a for sale by owner I had no agent and it still went as if I did
Danny at the last minute, even under pressure to complet our loan performed outstandly, my wifes employment thru us all in a panic, but Danny overcame and prevailed in getting loan thru under writting.
Everything was great and went very smoothly, our loan specialist, his assistant, our real estate agent were outstanding. all parties involved from the attorney to the sellers real estate agent were impressed with Kody and Hollies responsiveness and knowledge.
Can't say enough good about the experience with your people. Very personable and rational.
The real estate agent that was given to me by Veteran's United was very unprofessional. She forgot to add upgrades into our initial contract and I had to pay for them out of pocket later on. She made promises that she would pay me back for the $885 tile upgrade when she received her commission only to back out of it later. Additionally, I was still at my previous duty station when construction started on my house and she didn't mention that it was being built on the wrong lot, even after she sent us pictures. Every time we experienced difficulties on our house, she would send me other listings, all of which were outside my price range. Throughout the process she continued to contact and update my girlfriend on the house, even though she wasn't going to be on the mortgage. Finally, She arrived late to our final walkthrough and didn't show up at all to the closing. My girlfriend did more work to make this house happen than our realtor did and while the realtor offered to put us up in her father's house when the seller's went two weeks past our closing date, it didn't make up for everything else she failed to do. I'd highly recommend removing Allison Hicks from your real estate agent list.
Very, very helpful in every way.
