Lost paperwork, placing the information given in the wrong perspective, information that wasn't needed then was a top priority after when they told me it wasn't needed, person we started with disappeared other people assigned lack of consistency and service. The only good thing I can say is they got the job done eventually

Only part I didn’t like was as soon as I entered a query for information I felt forced to go with Themis company. I wasn’t really able to search even though I am pretty certain I saw better interest rates.
Only thing I have to comment on is that I have talked to some other home buyers who used VU and had their appraisal fee waived waived so it seemed unfair that that wasn’t consistent but it also just might have been a unique situation. Overall good experience though.
Great and I will use them again for my next home.

Most helpful through out the entire process!! I had problems at closing time and they were there helping all the way to the closing table even had to speak with my loan officer at the closing table!!
