It was paperwork after paperwork after paperwork and sometimes it was for the same things that I had already sent in more than once. When I mentioned it had already been sent in, it was like they didn’t know what I was talking about. I don’t believe the people were talking to each other during the this process or they didn’t want to look at what had already been uploaded. Nothing was ever done in a timely manner either on there end. You had to get them documents quickly and then it was days before you heard anything from them. This happened more than once. I never received a phone call to see how the process was going from anyone.
