in working with Ted and Crystalline and Michael I was very pleased, the only issue was the incorrect information that was sent by the VA appraiser in Silverdale Washington . This person sent false information.

We appreciate your review Marcus. Due to the underwriting process, when you supply paperwork for review it could always cause additional questions and paperwork necessary later in the process. We always try and get what is needed up front to make the process as smooth as possible but there could always been additional information needed. I would highly suggest if anybody is looking at getting a home loan that you ask for Stephen Erickson to take on your loan.
