The use of modern technology for communication and documentation really cut down down on the back and forth of paper copies being sent via mail. Adam and his team Jake Wandel and KellyLister did an outstanding job in helping me purchase my new home. Adam was always contacting me to keep me up to date with where were in the loan process and to answer any questions I had. If I called and he was not able to answer, he would always call back in a few minutes. Adam was very informative and very easy to get along with. Jake Wandel was also easy to get ahold of and answer any questions and also easy to work with. Kelly did a great job with finding me a realtor who found the exact home I was looking for. The whole team were outstanding,I would HIGHLY recommend contacting VeteransUnited and Adam Craig and his team, Jake Wandel and Kelly lister. You cannot go wrong choosing Veterans United. We closed early and the entire process was stress free. Up until the escrow closed, United Veteran Home loans was efficient in processing my loan application. Within a couple of days after closing escrow, I learned that my loan was sold to PennyMac. At that point no one from United Veteran Home Loans contacted me and Josh Kaplan did not return my call. Not happy the way it was done over an email notification. United Veteran Home Loans is now not the lender and not really the lender.

If you want to become a homeowner this is the company to go with. They answer every question, and explain there answer so you can understand it. I have had no problems at all with Ryan or with Sam.
