Top notch quality service, 5 out of 5 stars for customer service and guidance through for a first time homeowner. Matthew Czerwonka went above and beyond expectations and provided unbelievably fast service and thourough guidance, cannot recomend Veterans United enough.
For the most part I thought this whole process was a positve experience. My only recommendation would be to have the agent return phone call when messsages are left.
Fast, understanding and amazing
The guys (Mitch, and Jessica) at VUHL made the encounter enjoyable, and their ability to be patient with me was amazing. They at all times kept a professional temperament even when things seem to get intense. In all actuality they made you feel like you've known them for years as you felt they cared.
You guys worked with me for my original mortgage, and then for the refinancing of the same, you guys are the best especially Ryan Madison.
