The process was complex but the service was fantastic.




Overall, our experience with VU was a little frustrating. From the very beginning my husband and I asked that all emails and phone calls be directed to myself with him cc'd as he was in training/school in a different state and time zone. After multiple requests via email and phone, some emails were sent to him and some were sent to me which delayed getting documents in. As a lender specializing in military loans, we figured you would have been a little more understanding of our situation of our family being separated. The majority of emails sent by Katie/Jen were always sent around 5-5:30 pm close of business which in turn delayed me getting anything back until the next day. We went over our 30 day closing goal by 5 days causing our family to pay out of pocket for a hotel stay that our TLE didn't cover.
