The team members ,many times, had problems understanding the paperwork sent to them by the bank. Seems they didn't believe what we told them--even though it proved to be the way it was. That took a long time on our loan time. We bought discount points and because of their slowness, they had to "re-lock" our rates many times, which upped the points. They had to recheck our credit scores because of being so slow to complete the loan--it lower our score and they raised the discount points by 1%. I sent them my credit statements to be paid off and they couldn't even read the payment address on the statements and asked me to send them the addresses. Waste of time, again.
