Well initially on home purchase we had a snag 3 weeks before we closed wherected Veteran's pulled a CAVIARS report and we were a little upset at that because we thought it should have been pulled much sooner but then we were able to clear that up eventually after a few months and purchase the house as it was still available. Then 8 months or so after the purchase Veteran's came back to us because of a rate drop and paid for closing costs for us to lower our rate which was great savings, over $200 a month we thank you and appreciate your service. We will definitely refer you to family or friends who are looking for a VA loan.



Overall Veterans United was awesome, thorough and quick....very impressed...


Glad this program exist. I'm positive I would have had a very difficult time purchasing a home without this service.

I chose Veterans United because I thought they were specialist with working with veterans, their special circumstances and the VA. But working with Veterans United proved to be a nightmare. Answering the same questions over and over again, repeatedly providing the same information/documentation...Wondering if anyone one listening to what I was saying... The only frustrating part of the process was scheduling the closing date. We were informed that Fidelity changed their closing schedule due to the influx of refinance transactions. This delayed our closing but it wasn't too inconvenient.

Whitney was so easy to work with. They made this process so easy.
