Big thank you to Nick Schuster. He very quickly integrated us into a team. The faster we came back with information he asked for in order to complete the loan process, the faster he brought us through each mile stone of the process. We have never felt such honesty come from any similar organization or experience. Although our closing process was slightly lengthy, which was only caused by a few conditions the VA required to be fixed with our home prior to closing, Nick kept us prepared for every move, readily keeping contact with updates and "heads up" emails as we progressed through the whole process. Nick was always very straight forward, respectful and professional. Thanks to all who supported him to be able to help us like he did.
Zach--this is the second time we worked with you on a home purchase. Thanks for making this a reality!
The only issue I had with our agent....she left us a few days before closing. We really had a great experience. I must say the fill in agent was just as professional and she was there to assist and help with the walk thru.
This team is the best a person could experience in the home buying venue. I highly recommend them to anyone wishing to buy a home.
I would recommend our loan specialist to anyone but I would not recommend our agent who was recommended by the Vet United. Laura Carolla was out if touch with technology and seemef to follow our lead and direction versus the other way around. At one point we had to ask Lauren and Brad to get docs from our agent b/c she was just not getting the picture. We really enjoyed the partnership from Brad and Lauren. Thank you!
The entire team was very helpful. I couldn't have hoped for a more seamless mortgage process.
I would recommend to friends, family, anyone I know. You should give her a raise.
I had my own real estate agent and now I wish I would of went through your company. Ashley Khederian is positive that makes your company that much better. She even helped me on a weekend when she was off. I will tell any vet that I meet to contact Ashley if they need a friendly, professional, do it all, type of loan specialist. Thanks again for everything and most of all making my wife and kids HAPPY!!!!

Amy Tesch, and I talked or emailed constantly there at the end to get all the paperwork done and on time. I Don't know how I would have gotten through it all if I had to run to an office to do all this. She made me laugh I totally felt in capable hands through this whole process.
Loved dealing with everyone.
I got a surprise today....... a beautiful super soft throw with my name on it. That is so awesome
Thanks for everything.............I love my new HOME. I couldn't have done it without my TEAM
Taylor clark started out great but eventually got to where he wouldn't return calls or emails to both myself and my agent. He would tell me I was good with paperwork I turned in and then called less than 24 hours later saying I needed to send something I had just asked him if he needed.
Over all was a good experience. There were some things that seemed kind of pointless. Multiple copies of the same paperwork being sent. What is the point in a pre-approval, if we are going to have to continue to send in stuff afterwards. If you need that much more to see if we qualify, then why give the pre-approval. Doesn't make sense.
I had a good experience overall and if I end up selling and buying again (likely) I will probably go through VU.
We did not appreciate the way we were treated by the title company.
Everything went smooth, thanks for all the assistance from Sam and his team.
The entire veterans united team was great, especially shanon and jason. They were quick, flexible, friendly, and very helpful. They knew what they were doing and how to get it done quickly. I will definitely use them again in the future and recommend them to others.
I dealt with Dave, Sarah, and Hunter. From the beginning to the end of the whole process they were outstanding.
No matter what return calls.
