I am rating my experience as a 10, because Dave and his team went above and beyond to make sure our loan was ready to go on the day we had planned to close.Working for a bank, I know there can be 100 different things that can go sideways when working with a mortgage file. This time was no different and Dave and Jim really stepped up and helped us make sure we got to the closing table on the day they said we would. Thank you very much for working with us!

Closing on my home was delayed 4 days. I wasn't informed that it would be delayed until hours before hand. I ended up burning 3 days of leave and losing hundreds of dollars in moving expenses and renting my other home longer after I was suppose to move out. I had to change the move in date for all of utilities twice which proved to be more of a inconvenience. I understanding closing can be delayed most of the time but I believe in my situation that I could have been notified sooner to avoid these headaches. I was repetitively asked for documents at the last minute that Veterans United already had or I could provided much earlier.
