The whole loan experience seemed to be a breeze. The loan officer was very willing to answer all my questions. The online to-do list and file upload system made the whole process extremely convenient. Definitely recommend.
Any time we called or emailed with a question or a need there was a response within a few minutes. I think the longest we ever waited for a response was the next business day. They answered our questions immediately, even if it was the same question we’d asked twice already (okay, let’s be honest, three or four times). There were some hurdles we felt like we had to jump over in order to get things taken care of by our VU team during the loan process. There were a few things I wish we’d had explained to us in the beginning, as well. However, even when difficulties or disagreements came up, our team was quick to respond and discuss different options and give us explanations at a moment’s notice.

Everyone I worked with at Veteran's United was helpful, courteous, and professional! It was a much better "long distance relationship" than I ever expected it to be!
communication was lacking. An automated database and web based account does not suffice for good business. The need for documents were requested via your website/email stating that they were needed a week before your email was sent. My paperwork was not reviewed until the day before the proposed closing date which led to emails requesting information that could have been handled two to three weeks prior if the appraisal had been contracted and conducted in a timely fashion. Ryan seemed to work hard, I don’t know if he was cleaning up after Keith or if you rely too much on your web based system too much.
