Everyone there are SME in thier respected fields. Great Service, and Very Friendly!
The only real issue I had with Veterans United Home Loan was the employment verification that was required again on the day of closing. I think this could have been done the Friday prior to my closing date. Due to Monday being Memorial Day and my closing taking place that Tuesday, May 29, 2018. There was an awkward period of time that took place because both sides didn't know what was taking so loan. We were just getting ready to leave and come back when we were told the required documents had been received. My Real Estate Agent noted that something like this had never happened before.
The online portal made things extremely easy. Automated "to-do" emails were great too. I always knew where I was in the process.
They were super patient. The refinance was just annoying but they always answered my questions. Brandon would respond to multiple emails a day

They were straight forward. They helped me get the lowest rates possible. Very accurate as what the estimated cost would be. Most important they were good at immediately returning phone calls and answering concerns I may have had.
My loan guy was Brian Flanigan. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and helpful. He made this buying experience enjoyable and let me enjoy looking for a home while he took care of the details.
Great company to work with.

They were the best team. Patient with all my questions, understanding with all my concerns which they made sure I was comfortable in every step. Bobby Moss is awesome!
very personable, made process as painless as possible
Veterans United did a good job requesting documents well before the closing date, spreading out the work fairly evenly.
Originally began looking in GA. Had excellent rep from VU. THEN we found a home in FL and we're transferred to another rep. We were not told about multiple charges. First was earnest money, $250. Then came appraisal cash $450. Then, another $3500, which lowered to 1200...which went to $57 ... WTH? As a Vet I was told there was nothing down to purchase loan/home. I'm glad we had some savings. Once deal was financed.... Have never heard from the VU rep since. Zero follow up. A courtesy call would have have been above touch.
Jason Bals and Erin Craig were so very helpful and informative during the loan process. Many times I had my questions answered before I even asked them!
