The entire staff was amazing! From start to finish Michelle and her crew took great care of us!
Although the website is very easy to navigate and I like the checklists so you can see what documents need to be submitted and things already submitted, we did not have a good experience with our lender, Doug Lippmann. I wish I would have contacted a different lender after only our second phone call with him when he was very short and rude to me. The experience only got worse after that point.
