There were way to many errors, mistakes and miscommunications throughout the entire loan process. Even after closing, the next team I worked with struggled to complete things correctly. I needed to monitor and triple review everything their teams did.

Original closing date was Feb. 27. It was moved to Mar.6, then moved again to Mar. 9. Mar. 7 I was asked for an attorney's letter of opinion about a trust that had been written by an attorney. Now I have to move the ownership of the home to the trust, at additional expense.
Definitely a great process, and we will definitely be recommending to our veteran friends! Everything was so smooth and simple, I kept telling my loan team I felt like I was doing something wrong because it was too easy!
