This is my first home and I knew nothing about buying one. The website was easy to navigate and kept me up to date with what I needed to supply in terms of paperwork or phone calls. Being able to take photos of documents and send them via cell phone was efficient and very easy to use.
I informed my loan officer from the beginning that I planned on making a down payment for our home purchase. This information was not forwarded to the transaction coordinator. The initial loan estimate reflected 0% down payment in turn showing the full cost of the VA funding fee. Our down payment was over 10% thus providing a 1.25% funding fee.
This has been by far the best loan closing that I've ever had. No complaints!!
