I love the MyVU - between the status, To Do, Documents Page...it is VERY well put together and so easy for a customer to use! It has all of the contact info you need and what things to expect and when! VU made it a very pleasant (and quick!) turnaround time - from start-to-finish, I closed in a matter of a few weeks! Not at any time did I feel rushed or having my chain pulled! The loan process was super easy to navigate through with having Ashton guide and mentor me - as well as providing all of his assistance with any question I had at any time (no matter how dumb the question I thought it might be to ask!). He really made me feel like he had my best interests at heart...if I could give him a 20 out of 10 on everything, he seriously would deserve it!!! Best damn person to work with and I’ll be recommending ALL my friends and co-workers to VU (specifically, ASHTON!)!

I started with the Bright House program. I used that to get my credit score up, to were I can qualify for my pre approval letter. Once I got my pre approval, from the time until I got my clear to close letter and made settlement was just a little over one month. I can not thank Veterans United and their exceptional employees for all their hard work and dedication for me to be a proud veteran home owner.
