It was pretty painless they displayed what documents needed to be provided and had kept us up to date on things that needed to get done.
Lack of attention to detail. Getting my name and my spouse's name wrong/mixed up numerous times. Confusion on paperwork, being told thumbs up, then thumbs down, then thumbs up nearly delayed closing. Giving deadlines for documents that could not be obtained due to military pay dates. I was very upset with my overall experience from a 5 star rated lender.
