My loan officer did not call me to go over the final disclosure. I reached out to someone else who'd been helping me to confirm funds for closing, I also emailed my loan officer about the funds. Both told me I had everything I needed. I learned at closing I didn't have the right amount. Although everything up to that point went smoothly, I consider this a very big problem.
