They were on top of all the requirements and made sure they got all our info and if something was missing they called us and told us what to do and when they needed it to complete the application process.
Danny K took over my loan when US Bank was not able to get things done. I was having the worst home buying experience ever. After talking to Danny I felt assured that my loan would get done. Since I had all my docs already Danny said he would try to get things done in 21 days. He kept in constant contact during the process and had my loan approved in 18 days. Meagan was awesome in the process too.

The process was very informative and simple.
You need to learn what FTS is. Closed a week late due to them thinking that FTS is reservists. We are active duty paid with reservists funding due to the fact our main mission is to train reservists.

Everyone I worked with was courteous and willing to answer any questions. I really liked the my vu login page that kept you on track of what documents was needed at that given time. The to do list kept me organized with step by step tasks to help get me to closing with directions to go with the documents at the top of the page.
It wasn’t a good experience. There were at least three different closing date changes that were always last minute. I had plan tickets that had to be canceled. Called off work for no reason. Just very upset. But it got done. Maybe a month later than it was saposta be but it’s done. Thanks.
