Mike and Adam were the bomb. Hands down
Overall it was a pretty smooth transaction. There were a couple glitches during the process. One, was the appraiser checked a box saying no maintenance required when there was actual maintenance required and it wasn't caught until late in the process. The other was for whatever reason, the closing had to be pushed back but only one business day.
Lindsay and Amelia exceeded my expectations. Very nice people, knowledgeable and ready to help anytime.
My loan team was amazing. They were quick, thorough, and guided us through the process of purchasing our new home.
