Exceptional!!! From start to finish Daniel Kliethermes and his team, kept me well informed through out every step of the process. Professional, Courteous, and knowledgeable. In situations like these I tend to be a bit neurotic and Danny could not have been more patient with me, even when he was asked the same questions over and over and OVER! This impressed me immensely, particularly, given the current state of customer service. I would and will recommend Veterans United.

Jeremy at times made the whole process more difficult then it really needed to be. he made it confusing and did not explain himself very well. he made statements about things he thought i had said when i had not. he seemed to not care very much until i made it clear that he was being extremely difficult. he does not know or understand how the military works and when or what we get access to. he listed me as a white person and when i notified him that i am not white and would appreciate that that particular portion be changed he seemed surprised. do not fill things out for me, if you must, ask me first to get clarification. overall i will not work with this team or my veterans united in the future or recommend them in any way. i'm highly disappointed in how things were handled. this is my first home so this is also my first home loan.
The whole staff worked their butts off to make my home buying experience an outstanding one. Nick,Matt and Ty, all of their staff, really went the whole 9 yards to make sure everything went smoothly, and to make sure I was well taken care of.
