The process took way too long. The closing date was a NLT. You waited until the NLT date when I had all my documents in within hours of needing them. When they said everything after having the offer accepted was reliant on how fast I got the documents in, it was a lie.
I would recommend the local office in SC, not them contacting the main branch.

Due to outside circumstances this was a challenging loan for me and the VU team. I can not state enough how *IMPRESSED* I was with Elaine Gibbs for the tremendous amount of extra work she did to make this happen for me. If there is anyway to officially recognize her I would be glad to do it! I really couldn't be happier with my choice to go with VU for my home loan.
Over all a good experience, but I feel some things were not always handled properly and had to resubmit some information more than once and some things were not explained properly in the beginning of the process.
