Everything ran so smoothly it was awesome. We were able to close on our home in just 21 days. Also being able to see where your loan is online and upload the documents to your Portal is very nice it allows you to see what has been reviewed and keeps you in the know.
Eric was great to work with. The only thing I could recommend for your company as a whole is more personal communication with clients, such as phone calls or video calls. Emails are more effecient but a human voice explaining the process would make me feel calmer about my first home purchase.
everthing went very well
As we began this process in July, our loan officer sent us through to Brian Schmidt, He helped us get somethings squared away on our credit, we were under the impression everything was working out for a refinance, as we got to the week of closing on that the rules seemed to have changed, we had to go to a mortgage, still not clear how that could happen. So another process had to happen, the seller and her lawyer were baffled and began to accuse us of some how trying to do something underhanded, the seller was an elderly friend of ours, which now our relationship is strained because of the process.
Great to work with I was kept informed as we worked the process.
