We will definitely recommend Veterans United to other veterans that we know. The process was very involved and the team members were very knowledgeable and personable. Being that it was an online experience, we did not know how the process would go and if we would be treated as just another mortgage application.
Recomended realtors were not available. Also information needed on home owners insurance not very clear.

I didn't always have electronic access to documents that I wanted. They seemed to "disappear" after my required review and/or signature was acquired. Also, I was told I would receive a document copy in the mail but never got it. WHATEVER is reviewed or electronically signed should ALWAYS be available through online account portal.
