Most of the process was great. Ultimately closed and am happy with the result. Only suggestion is that when inevitable snags happen during underwriting, the team is more proactive in explaining holdups and issues. I (and/or my realtor) had to inquire many times. A weekly update or more often closer to closing would be most welcome.
Every part of the experience was smooth and all questions answered quickly. Any problems that came up were quickly handled in a very professional manner. We could not be happier.
They made the entire process simple and did everything in their power to get us into our home even when we hit roadblocks.
