they keep telling us that everything is good to go and then call us and say they need more info. our loan person took my request from other person and that is when it all started

The upmost best respect tp a Veteran ! The process was the best I have ever gone through. From meeting the office staff being asked if we were comfortable. All meetings and questions were Very well answered. Assistance was always available even after hours of the office to show the customer service was the highest standard. Any corrections were handled in a very fast time manner and accountability was 100% in our process. The best thing was my fist question to VUHL, what makes this company stand above the rest? This company stands behind the Veteran and has the integrity to show this is true. No other company can easily say this and show this word is true. Derek and Matt have been absolutely fabulous throughout the whole process. We were kept informed every step of the way... treated with respect..... exemplary service.
Overall experience was excellent, except when UT came time to release the funds during closing. The funder left in the middle of the transaction and did not pass along his duties to someone else. This delayed our receiving the keys to the house.
