From their initial welcome packet and our talk with our loan specialist in person, V.U. gave us a good idea of the process and details necessary to complete a VA loan application. They were helpful, courteous, and prompt.
We have gone through the VA loan process several years ago on our first home with a different lender than VU. The other lender had no clue how to smoothly execute a VA loan. VU however made the process smooth, streamlined, and stress free.
Things that seemed standard were last minute and it would have been nice to be informed what was happening when things were done.
I would recommend Veterans United to anyone that I know that is in the market. Clay Rose was so thorough and helped me navigate the process smoothly. He is the best.
