The main reason not a 10 is because I called to make sure we were on track to close and I was told we were. At 5 pm the day before I found out that was not the case. This was not on Jeremy though. We were told we needed 2 more items so I rushed and got them only to be told we had to now wait for our clear to close for 5 more days. That day came and they needed about 10 more things which showed me the underwriter just weren't ready the week before and made excuses.

Justin Keith was the best agent I've worked with in 3 home purchases. Although your underwriting departemnt was a little to be desired. They delayed my closing by 5 days causing a plethora of changes on problems on my end. Last minute changes after being told everything is set and good to go. Im a very structured man and expect strict time lines and for everyone to have honor in what they do. Underwriting needs to implement the human factor and realize the impact they have out here.

I feel that a in person experience would've made my first time buying a home a lot smoother. As a first time home buyer I felt that having someone to sit down with and have them walk me down each phase of the homebuying process would've been beneficial and I was constantly asking questions and lost in the process and just hoping that it would all work out.


The local office ( Tammy Hemmie) was a pleasure to work with. Very friendly, went out of her way to help us get the loan thru. Very pleased to work with her!

From the Beginning, Jake Hanson and his team made home buying so easy. He would respond on the weekends and Brooke Doolittle was a tremendous help.
