Whole house buying process gone smooth and well experience agent and loan officer .they 10 out of 10 but as whole company wise it 9 out of 10 from my side. I have to be honest , during pick time of high interest rate i was not able to buy point to make interest rate down just one percentage , it’s too expensive to buy point then compare to other mortgage company .
Our first-time homebuying experience was smoother than a slippery dolphin slicing through the ocean!
Really nothing to add even when things came up out of the blue everyone did what they could to get it taken care of as quickly and convenient as possible made the stress of buying a home much easier than I had originally thought it would be. Thank you

Wish expectations were presented a little more clearly with what a home conversion timeline would be. No fault to our agents, in my opinion the seller should have already had the home converted before a MLS# was attached or house was put to market. Home was not ready to be placed on market when it was, and sellers agents were not realistic or forward with original closing date, which was delayed 36 days during the holiday period.
Our team was fantastic and pressed the seller's team to keep on track as much as they could.

I cried tears of joy after I found out my home closed. Being a first time home buyer, I was nervous as to how the process would go. However, Casey Martin and the team; Jill, Drew, and everyone else made my experience fantastic and super easy. The People I worked with were great. (Especially Crystaline Loveless - she was the only reason I stayed) However, after shopping around lenders, there was no real benefit to choose verterans united over other lenders. Especially as a veteran. There were no lower rates or anything offered in comparison. Being a veteran and asking around to other veterans in a large military community, I didnt know anyone who had used or even heard of Veterans United for home loans. (Other than that they harass your phone once they somehow find out through third parties that you are shopping for a home). I do appreciate the people I worked with as they were professional. (again Crystaline was amazing and the key factor that I didnt use another lender) But I wouldnt recommend using Veterans United to any family or friends because as important as quality customer service is, I really didnt feel like there was a Veterans benefit in any way to choosing them. All my contacts has suggestions of great lenders that have VA loan experience and advise great customer service as well. And they actually offered the same and even lower rates. I was too far in the process to switch and I again stayed because of Crystaline and all her assistance while I was feeling overwhelmed as a first time home buyer.
