As with us we had 2 house closings going on at the same time so,there were stressful times but with Matt Torres whom kept on top of things and always reassured us everything was on tract so,yes it was a good experience with Veterans United over all.
The process with Veterans United was extremely streamlined and easy to navigate. I feel like we had the best team possible and they worked hard to make sure that we bought a home that we love. The online portal was very easy to use. I was able to upload any needed documents quickly, so they could be reviewed and processed. I liked being able to check in daily to see the progress we were making and it was easy to keep up with what additional information was needed by our loan team.
