I liked the dashboard. Very easy to use and a great tool helping me stay organized through the process a reference documents as needed.
Some clarity regarding closing cost. Originally loan officer said get the seller to pay. Upon on our country offer, he reduced the closing cost by $2000.00, because he thought it would cover it. We ended up using to pay cost. So that was frustrating. Our appraiser went on vacation before completing the appraisal & that delayed our closing.
My team were amazing. I love the way they provided me with information every step of the way and make sure to update me what’s going on and what to expect. I really appreciate everything you guys did for me. They even went as far as to close before my timeline which was great for me.

I was blown away by the professionalism and amount of care that Veterans United loan team provided. Before I went to Veterans United, I was working with Navy Federal and the moment I had an issue/road block with my loan process that prevented me to buy the home immediately, I was immediately cut off and told that I was not eligible and come back when I am. However, Jay Christman (Loan Officer) took the time and looked into my case and explained the reason in full. A few months later after I fixed the issues I was able to closed on my home without any issues. Overall, I am completely satisfied with the outcome and I can't ask for more. Definitely 10/10 stars!
