Ian is extremely patient and went out of his way to keep the process on track. I'm not the friendliest person when under stress.

Overall, the experience with VU was positive. The corporate website requires a verification code to gain access to a user's account. The directions say that the code can be sent via text or voice. I tried many times, but the voice option does not work. As a result, I could not access my account to review and sign documents. This was inconvenient for me, and added work to local and corporate staff. When I did not sign documents within 3 days, VU had to send me everything in hard copy. Of course, this meant a lot of papers plus postage. Recommend the voice option be fixed, or not offered if it will not really be an option for users.
I don't usually do reviews but I must say my experience was the one call BEST EVER, Dylan, Paul and Mike did an outstanding job, I never in my wildest dream thought this would have been possible until that first phone call with Dylan, within two minutes I had A HUGE SMILE ON MY FACE based on what Dylan was telling me. I was put in the hands of the world greatest REALTOR, MIKE.
I felt like everything went pretty smooth. Everybody was great.
