Would love to rate as 10, but this was an extremely difficult deal for my family, for reasons beyond Nathan control.

This was my first time to purchase a house. I let Kim Pearcy know I was a first time home buyer. I just feel that I done all the leg work for then. I could be wrong because it was my first. When I hear other people talking about purchasing there home it was nothing to it for them.

The VU team has assisted us with our home loan from the beginning to the end. My wife and I rate VU as superior and I wished I've used VU a long time ago.

It all went very well until closing. We were set for June 15 but the lawyers couldn't make it that day. Instead we were confirmed to close by all on June 13 for a 20th closing date at 11am . On the 19th Mike the loan officer assistant to Rachel called me to tell me they mixed up the paperwork and we wouldn't be closing the following day. Thank god my lawyer office was able to pull it off at a later time that day. Rachel did attempt to rectify the situation with credits at closing which was a super financial help! Overall we were very happy with the process I was just really disappointed that our paperwork wasn't ready when it was needed- with more than enough time.

Excellent experience, stayed with me throughout the process and made sure i understood everything that was happening.

I have used Veterans United for 2 loans and would recommend them for any veteran looking to buy a home.

Tim was very responsive, helpful with locating information, and even responded while out of the office on a holiday weekend! I will definitely refer others to Veterans United.Keith Bryant

It appeas that you could save time/money by either electronically providing documents, or mailing them via hardcopy, but not both. I'd ask the customer what they prefer, and then use that method. Both seems excessive.

They were indeed very helpful and motivated in getting us our home, but they dropped the ball at the end near closing. You don't tell a couple that they're going to receive money back in closing, then 2 days before closing date, tell them that they have to pay over 1100 dollars at closing.

Joel and Holly were both exceptionally professional and helpful. I could not have asked for a better home buying experience.

Very helpful and answers all questionsquickly
