The ease of the site in uploading documents and the communication when something was needed was immediate.The service was so great that I advised my nephew who is currently in Iraq and he was able to secure a loan through Veterans United with his wife for a purchase in Texas where they are stationed.

We caused some delays by changing parameters. VU support team caused some delays by not keeping their data base up to date and not appropriately adjusting to incorrect or out of date info when we reported it to them. Caused our appraisal and water and pest tests to timeout and have to be repeated at our expense.
All I can say is “WOW” this was a stress free experience! I suffer from horrible anxiety and let me say that you guys made this so easy and pleasant. Thank you so much for helping us. You guys ROCK! Thank you for being so kind and patient. Always keeping us on track and informed. I will never forget you guys. Just absolutely awesome
