I have never experience anything like what I experienced working with Veterans United. The professionalism was above all level of customer service. Total go-getter! Didn't leave any stone unturned. That process went very smoothly.
Almost switched lenders due to an issue with boundaries discovered during land survey. Was told that the by veterans united it could possibly be a deal breaker, but not until I had already put down a 500 dollar earnest deposit and payed nearly 400 in inspection costs. Would have been lost money if loan was rejected. Maybe try to move when you do the survey to an earlier time in the process. Thus would keep people from having to pay for something like an expensive inspection only to end up losing money. Would not recommend.

Overall, satisfied with the experience and results. There were some moments of delays and confusion but reasonably understandable as I learned more about how the process works with Veterans United. In the future, as a Real Estate Agent that has gone through the buying process with Veterans United, I will definitely recommend them and use them for my clients.
Any veteran I know I will certainly recommend they give Derek a call if they are considering a home loan.
The best part of the experience was the quick response time Lisa Griffin had with me. I think she slept at the office.
